Nearby Hotels:

  • Comfort Inn Pacific - Around $115 or less a night, .5 miles from the venue. Not fancy, but a good choice. (636) 257-4600

  • The Wildwood Hotel - Around $260 a night currently, 15 minutes from the venue, much fancier. 636-733-9100

  • The Landing Hub - A brand new hotel with an unusual concept. They offer private rooms, and also rooms with shared bathrooms. (Think Air BNB-ish). Pricing from $70 - $175 or so.

 FAQs

What is the investment? This one of a kind experience is only $997 per person. Honestly, that’s an absolute bargain and the investment will likely increase if we ever host this event again. The lessons shared come from many years of learning as venue owners and we certainly spent MUCH more than that learning them!

I want to open a wedding venue in the future. May I attend this event? The content of this event is targeted specifically at existing venue owners who are open and operational (hosting events) now. It is not appropriate for someone looking to open in the future. If you are interested in our future venue owner events, please email us at hello@kristinbinford.com instead.

I’m not sure if the dates will work for me. Will this event be held again? Get creative with your schedule and join us this time! We don’t know if/when we will be hosting this experience again! (Remember - anything is possible for the committed!)

Should I bring someone with me? That’s totally up to you! We’ve found with other events in the past attendees enjoy the travel time together to continue the conversation and planning, but if you come on your own we’re sure you’ll also make some friends. Every attendee must purchase a ticket to attend.

What airport do I fly into? St. Louis International Airport is about 45 minutes away from the venue. We suggest you fly in mid-day on Monday and back out Wednesday morning.

Is there a digital only ticket available for this event? This is a live, in-person event, because the magic happens in the room at our venue in St. Louis. It will not be taking place online.

What meals are included? Dinner and cocktails Monday, and lunch on Tuesday are included in the experience. Breakfast Tuesday and Dinner Tuesday are on your own.

If something comes up for me, are tickets refundable? Tickets to this event are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another attendee for the same event on the same dates.

Should I plan to leave Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning? We would suggest you fly out Wednesday morning after the event so you aren’t rushing out the door Tuesday evening.
