FAQs
What is the investment? This one of a kind experience is only $997 per person. Honestly, that’s an absolute bargain and the investment will likely increase if we ever host this event again. The lessons shared come from many years of learning as venue owners and we certainly spent MUCH more than that learning them! But we really want to serve new and future Venue Owners so you make better decisions and avoid fewer costly mistakes.
I am already in the business and own an operational wedding venue. May I attend this event? The content of this event is targeted specifically at future venue owners, or those currently in the building process. It is not appropriate for someone already in the business. If you own a venue and need support, please email us at hello@kristinbinford.com instead.
I’m not sure if the dates will work for me. Will this event be held again? Get creative with your schedule and join us this time! We don’t know if/when we will be hosting this experience again! (Remember - anything is possible for the committed!)
Should I bring someone with me? That’s totally up to you! We’ve found with other events in the past attendees enjoy the travel time together to continue the conversation and planning, but if you come on your own we’re sure you’ll also make some friends. Every attendee must purchase a ticket to attend.
What airport do I fly into? St. Louis International Airport is about 45 minutes away from the venue. We suggest you fly in mid-day on Monday and back out Wednesday morning.

Can I use Uber/Lyft at this event? Unfortunately these services are not reliable in our area. You’ll likely not have trouble using this service to go to your hotel, but for local travel in the area we would recommend Yo Taxi at (636) 234-6360
Is the area safe if I travel alone? Yes, our local area BnBs and hotels are all in low key areas and I (Kristin) would feel comfortable staying in this area traveling alone.
Is there a digital only ticket available for this event? This is a live in-person event, because the magic happens in the room at our venue in St. Louis. It will not be taking place online.
What meals are included? Dinner and cocktails Monday, and lunch on Tuesday are included in the experience. Breakfast Tuesday and Dinner Tuesday are on your own.
If something comes up for me, are tickets refundable? Tickets to this event are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another attendee for the same event.
