We bought an existing venue in Dec. 2019, we felt we were doing things well, yet I was intrigued about this program at the same time. I was truly hesitant to invest in the program, but now wish we had joined much earlier. If you are someone who is opening a venue, I think this program would be EXTREMELY beneficial to do before open to get things set great from the very beginning.
We were able to make several tweaks to what we were already doing which increased our inquiries, booking ratios, and has saved us so much TIME! After the very first week of the program I felt it was worth what we paid and I am actually saving money because of the (strategies) I have learned. The support, the education, the community will forever be valuable for us. Kristin teaches processes, strategy, marketing, and gives you so many incredible tools that I could have never created on my own. My systems are running so smoothly now and I feel like I have so much more time, even in our busiest month of the year with weddings:)
We had an open house on Saturday and booked 4 more, with at least a handful of others on the verge. This week I’ve already had two showings that are booking and 3 more showing this Friday morning. It is CRAZY!

I'm now booking 98% of those who tour (I just booked a $11,300 venue only wedding yesterday via a FaceTime tour!) and I'm no longer running myself ragged doing tours for couples that aren't the right fit for us. More importantly, I'm no longer booking couples that aren't the right fit and suck every bit of joy out of this business or discounting prices just because I need the cash flow. I don’t even have to ask for the sale, couples can’t wait to book!
On my initial phone call with Kristin I really wanted to (work with Kristin), but I’m always a little wary of spending money - I know it may be even harder now to think of spending money with what is going on in the World. Guys, it's even MORE important RIGHT NOW to invest in yourself and put your best self forward and book EVERY SINGLE couple that tours. Every dollar you book right now has never been SO important! If that couple books elsewhere you don’t get that second chance—they are not repeat buyers as they have just that ONE wedding! It’s money that could have been in YOUR pocket and it’s gone forever! Kristin coaches on how to sell yourself against the competition and I’m telling you that it really works! I could seriously KICK myself for not signing up a year ago because of the money I lost out on by not using Kristin’s methods from the start!
